POLICIES:
-Sherripop reserves the right to refuse service
-Sherripop does not work OVER other tech’s work.
-Sherripop will not be servicing pregnant women within their first trimester
-At your first appointment, your nails/toes must be bare of any acrylic/polish. A fee will be charged for removal.
-Appointment MUST be confirmed (VIA call) 48 hours before your appointment (2 days)
-Failure to confirm on time will result in the automatic cancellation of appointment
If a call is not received, we will call the day before i.e. one (1) day before the appointment.
If we call twice and there is no answer, the appointment is automatically cancelled.
-ALL cancellations must be done at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance.
-All cancelled appointments must be followed by a rescheduling
-For last-minute cancellations (under 48 hours) cancellation fees will be added to your bill if you can’t reschedule within one (1) week of your original appointment.
– If Sherripop cancels last minute (under 48 hours) you will be rewarded a discount (50% / half the price of the service you booked) to your follow-up appointment if longer than a week passes before rescheduling.
You’ll be blacklisted if:
-No call/no show (once)
-Lack of / late confirmation (twice)
-Cancelled (three times consecutively)
10 minutes – $30.00 TTD
15 minutes – $45.00 TTD
20 minutes – $60.00 TTD
